About time!

The app is great. You can see all your transactions you can set up your account. They should’ve had this long time ago cause before that was a really antiquated system invoicing by mail and even if you had a transponder, it was ridiculous to try to pay bills or even get through to this office with this app, it’s hassle free.

Horrible customer service

The app works fine for as a little as I use it. It can be clunky and hard to find the correct page. My biggest complaint is that I was lied to by one of their customer service reps. We were making a trip through NC and did not have our pass yet, but I called well before we got to the tiles to double check to see if we had to have the pass, or if an account linked to our license plate was adequate. I was told that we would be fine as long as we marked on the app that we were going to be traveling on the HOV lanes with a high occupancy vehicle. They charged us for all the toll crossings with the note on the chafe stating low occupancy. I disputed the charges and had to make several phone calls and was finally told that it doesn’t matter what I was told, I had to have the decal in place. It was very frustrating and the the customer service reps very very unhelpful. The last one never called me back. This is not a good way to run any business. I wish I could give zero stars.

Completely nonfunctional

App has been completely nonfunctional since this week’s update. Internal Server Error on every screen. Nothing loads. Ironic and unfortunate this happens on a busy travel weekend, esp since an issue like this works in their favor since they can then take our money at a higher rate.

Following week update:
After deleting and reinstalling the app, it worked briefly. Today the same issue returned. We ended up being charged for numerous tolls because of this. Customer service refuses to provide even a partial refund, despite acknowledging the issue with the app. Looking at recent reviews it seems numerous others are having the same issue. They instead say I should have looked up their number while driving and call them to get registered for the toll lanes. Completely unreasonable as well as dangerous.
