I am new to shaving and had no idea how to use the clips, what they are for, or anything like that, until I downloaded this app. It’s so useful and from the time I have been using it there is no adds or premium membership they try and push you to have. Also there is more than shaving tips on this app, it helps with skin care and many other things. I am impressed and relieved on how good this app is.
Light Ring Very Helpful
The light ring helps me use adequate pressure while avoiding a razor burn. The nano tech hardened blades provide a shave comparable to a blade. Best electric shaver made.

Doesn’t work
Don’t waste time, you can’t search for your razor and there are only 4 listed. Then when you click help it says can’t connect to internet. Philips don’t reply to this review saying “I’m sorry please contact support” you know there is a problem so if you reply post the fix so all can see. I noticed you say not all razors are supported. I have the one blade face and body and when I opened it there was a cardboard page inside with the barcode to download this app. So if you include that then it should be supported. I also deleted and installed the app 3 times.
