Can't send text messages with the app so...
The only reason I can find for installing this software is to send text messages. It doesn't let you do that so it is a waste for me at least.
No Messaging Capability on App
Like all other reviews, lacking the messaging module from the iOS and web apps.
Why does the system volume turn to full volume every time an there is incoming call or an outgoing call being made?
We've had to quit and restart the application multiple times a day when people on the other end of phone calls can't hear us. What's the deal with that? We've contacted support many times and have only been told it's out internet. We're not Doubled NAT'ed and UPnP is disabled.
These are unacceptable performance issues. Phone.com has wonderful support people, but we've worked with support enough that I dread the idea of contacting them to resolve these issues that neither Level 1 nor Level 2 can resolve.
