Still a ton of bugs

The Recent Calls list does not update that quickly, if I miss a call from someone and they don’t leave a message, I don’t know who called me unless I manually log into the website and check the logs.

The Voicemail list freezes all the time not allowing for quick navigation through VM’s and I have to close the app and restart it each time.

Lastly, listening to VM’s doesn’t come through paired Bluetooth headsets, have to hold phone up to my ear to hear the message.

Long time customer but I’m fed up

Customer service used to be reliable and prompt but for the past three months it has been non existent and terrible. Customer support number disconnects you and assistance requests logged through the website go unanswered. Porting my number out and moving on.

Terrible app

Love the concept, but this app is totally unreliable. Often notifications don’t come through. Sometimes a new text won’t come through until I click on the conversation. I use this app to communicate with business clients, so it’s not a great situation.
