Note: The app works by calling an access number through your iPhone's regular dialer app after sending a 'heads up' by data to our servers beforehand. So you need to have voice AND data access for the app to work.

**To sign any PDF, simply click the actions icon when viewing a PDF and choose "open in Grasshopper" option.

***FIXED*** New update missing old CRUCIAL feature
****Below is my original review. I made it last week sometime and I come into work today (Monday morning) and we have a search bar in both the “recent calls” and the “voicemails” !!! WOW! Just WOW!!! I can’t believe my review made a difference, these developers really care and listen to their consumers!! It was actually fixed LAST FRIDAY and I had just missed the email till this morning!! Thank you Grasshopper Team!!***
We have highly appreciated grasshopper for roughly the past three years. We have 100’s of random phone numbers calling us in a short period of time. The new update (which the layout is pretty, but not as functional) no longer allows you to SEARCH the phone numbers that have been called/called us. We now have to either log online via web browser or reverse search out customer base. If it’s a newer client, we most likely do NOT have their number saved, and we are loosing business by not being able to search the call log function in our grasshopper app!!! If this does not get fixed with an update soon, we will have to take our business elsewhere as it costing us money to not have that search function.

After a very long wait, I was able to get a proper fix for the app. Arturo was great at explaining in detail and really helped. I was able to retrieve my “lost” messages and the freezing is no longer a problem. I believe if a company is able to correct the situation they deserve a good review based on the success of repairing the problem.
Update to the update: still same problems, after a few weeks of no support, no fixes, nothing working…we are testing Ooma office to switch from grasshopper to Ooma, so far it has way more to offer, like call recording. Update: still freezing, have to manually load each contact back in. It takes at least 20-30 seconds to load, 20-30 to text, make a call and even longer of a wait to access voicemail. This app just is NOT working anymore. Over a week ago the app completely stopped working. All of the customer information is gone. All the employee and sub information is gone. Consistent freezing issues. A couple of times I’ve had to delete the entire app and reload everything all over again, which means I lost all my text messages.

Update: We apologies for the inconvenience. We have not been able to recreate this behavior in 5.21.5 version. We would need some help to recreate this issue, Please reach out to us at +18008208210 so that we can gather more data. Thanks for your help.
Previous Update: We apologies for the inconvenience and sorry about the issues you are having. We have made several improvement in the new version 5.21.4(909). This version supports Grasshopper contacts allowing to import business contacts and separate them from personal contacts. Once imported then app would use it for providing the contact rich experience. We are also adding the support for Import All contacts capability to make it easier along with bringing back the local contacts view. These new changes are expected to be rolled-out in next few days. Kindly lookout for an app update. Thank you for your patience.
APP STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!
UPDATE Oct 26, 2023: Latest update finally has my phone contacts syncing with previous clients, HOWEVER, what is not fixed is the ability to program the number from Grasshopper in to my system!! This needs to be fixed ASAP!! This is too much trouble to write down the number and add contact to my phone. You guys don’t even give us the ability to copy and paste the phone number. Not cool!!!
I am extremely frustrated! This is going on over two weeks now that you have promised a fix to your horrible update. I’m seeing your response to others saying it is fixed and the kinks have been worked out but they have NOT!! STOP LYING TO FOLKS AND FIX THIS ISSUE ! I spent an extremely long amount of time MANUALLY importing thousands of contacts when the first update happened two weeks ago and I am STILL having to manually import each call which gets tricky (and not to mention time consuming) when multiple calls come in back to back. My small business cannot afford to spend this time and energy on something that should be seamless. You were perfect for 5 years for us, but this frustration is having me look at other options. DON’T RESPOND TO ME WITH A LIE THAT IT IS FIXED WHEN IT IS NOT. ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!! If I don’t see an improvement soon, I’ll have no choice but to find another phone platform. My advice to you is to go back to the version we had a month ago. It was flawless and perfect.

We apologies for the inconvenience. Grasshopper now supports Business Contacts which allows user to separate business contacts from personal contacts. You can enable the feature from Settings and import your business contacts which would then be available in App contacts list. We have also added various improvements and bug fix in the latest version 5.21.4(909) which is now available in appstore. Thank you for your patience.
