Lots of bugs
I love the service and what the app does, however there are a lot of bugs that make it complicated and frustrating. For starters if I am on a call and receive a call from my regular number then I can’t hear the person on the other side of the phone neither they can’t hear me until incoming call stops ringing. Also when I try to send a message the app crashes and I have to re-do the entire text. App needs a lot of work. I am seriously considering moving to ring central
Scamming people
Do not use this company. There are scamming people. 2 times i asked cancel my account. They said canceled. But still charging me for subscribe. And they don't want return money back.
Unable to place call
The latest fix didn’t help. Still cannot place a call using iOS 14.1 and a brand new iPhone 12 Pro. Worked fine prior to new device.
