Can’t send text to a friend outside

Been trying to reach out to my friends outside from Puerto Rico and text won’t go through to another country such as sending text to usa and it restricted it not allowing text to go through. Why is that so it makes no sense.

Horrible app and horrible Support

I purchased a three month plan, but could not use the phone number. When I purchased a plan, I was not even given a phone number. I had to contact Support and wait almost a week to get a phone number. When I tried to use the phone number to make inbound and outbound, text messages and phone calls. I was not able to do so. I then began getting an unknown error message to which I screenshot it and sent to the support team and received no response back. Since then my subscription has expired and I lost 400 credits. Stay away from this app. It is horrible. You will lose your money.

Signed up but never got a number

I signed up and purchased a week plan to try it. Some sort of error occurred and I never got a number. There was no option to get my number after that (without buying a second one) and the app was completely unusable without a number. An error when I tried to contact support through the app and I contacted through their site and still no reply. Really disappointed that I paid money and can’t even use this.
