PhoneLog Pro allows you to quickly store notes about phone calls you have made or received. Whether you spend all day on the phone or just make the occasional call to your bank, enter the details straight into this app and you'll never forget a call again. Enhanced features in this Pro version include: • Add events to your Calendar and Reminders • Use your Contacts list • Configurable call statuses (eg Follow Up, Waiting Reply, Closed etc) • Configurable categories/tags • Rich text notes & links to files and emails • Priority levels • Secure individual call notes using passwords • A call timer • Additional fields • Place calls using FaceTime or a linked iPhone • Export to CSV file and other formats • Automatic backups/versions of your call logs • Sync using Dropbox between multiple Macs, iPhones and iPads (requires Dropbox account; iOS app purchased separately) • Or sync using our new syncing service "Sync Server" (requires subscription via In App Purchase) ---- Subscriptions All features are available in the app without further purchase, except for syncing using the "Sync Server". This is available via a subscription purchased from within the app. There are multiple tiers depending on how many devices you wish to sync between. I have been using this app for about 2 year now. I field about 50 phone calls or more a day for work. With close to 4000 customers, and sometimes multiple conversations and actions, this definitely helps keep track. I often have to search back to previous conversations and this app makes it really easy. There really is no other app out there that does all this and is simple to use. Sync though icloud is just fine, although I have not used the sync for reminders. But I can open the library from other devices just fine with no issues. Support was quick to respond too when I had a question.

Just purchased this App...it really seems very good and is doing the job I want. Also, excellent customer service from the developer. Nice app all around. Would recommend it for anyone looking to keep phone logs.

Sync Over iCloud Not So Hot.

When saving phone calls and utilizing the Reminders app on both Mac and Iphone, the links do not save right and cannot access the client file without opening the phone log app on iPhone and searching for the client. Link shoud be made to work on iphone and ipad apps too so that if it is saved on a Mac to the reminders app, that when it is utlized on iphone using the reminders app the link should work and pull up the client automatically on the iphone as long as the app is open on the iPhone/iPad.

Can’t recommend this app highly enough — if you’re on this page in the first place, I can guarantee you want the app. It’s exactly as advertised, a simple but full-featured tool to keep track of your call history. As an assistant, this is invaluable. The digital version of those tear-away phone logs, but with some added digital kick. My favorite features include:- Link calls to contacts in your database to autofill info- Create iCal events either to remember calls past, or schedule future calls- TAGS! You can tag people with custom or pre-built tags — useful for remembering which Michael is on which project.- Notes - separate from your contact database, so good for remembering that thing you need to bring up on the next call, but never again- priorities (color-coded)- easy way to update calls to the most recent one (with that contact)- cross-mac synchronization. Just got a desktop mac to go with my mbp — never used the feature before that, now can’t live without it.It’s also EXTREMELY customizable — I wrote in asking for color coding, but the dev pointed out already-existing features that are far better for my purposes (namely, using special characters to mark call statuses and make them easier to read at a glance). Speaking of the dev — customer support is excellent, I got a response that same day and was given all the info I needed in a very friendly way.Pro is definitely worth it — I use this tool constantly, and software this niche is usually barebones, but this is a competitively-designed app despite being the only one in its class.
