As a videographer I purchased this as a quick way to add assets to projects that have a tight deadline. I uploaded a photo of my family to restore when we were children and the results where clear but it didn't look like us. The original photo was blurry. Then I uploaded a photo to video. That was better. Then I did another one and it added a woman in front of us. That I don't understand. I just purchased it today, June 19, 2025. I'll try it for a few days. I wanted to get the Pro+ but for some reason the purchase wouldn't go through.I tried it for a few days and now I'm totally blown away. This app took several photos that I had ands absolutely brought them to life. Working on a film for my brother in law's 80th birthday and the family will be floored by what they see. Thanks for this. I can use this on major productions. I'd love to get the Pro+.

I’m updating my review to remove a star. It seems the one-step restore has recently become much worse, completely replacing the faces of those in the picture, and altering the expression, when the face just needing sharpening. Original review: Overall, I am really enjoying this app. It is a little hit and miss as to whether I like the animations. In one, the animation had the person immediately bend down to a puppy and her face (which was front-facing and clear in the photo) was not visible in the animation after the first frame. In another, the animation’s similarity to how the actual person smiled was great. Overall, the photo restore has produced better results than the animation. One annoying feature is random writing that has appeared a few times when restoring a photo, similar to a studio’s signature, though one time writing appeared in a window in the interior of the photo. This script text is either in another language or random letters (hard to read). This seems to be a glitch because if I redo the photo, the writing isn’t there, but that costs me more credits. I agree with others that I wish there was some partial/full return of credits if an undesirable result is produced, especially in an animation due to the higher credit cost. Perhaps it could be watermarked for a preview and then credits charged when saved? Are you working to correct the writing appearing in images?

This is an excellent app. However, I’m paying for yearly (12 pics / day) and it’s only giving me 5. What changed? When I subscribed, everything was fine. I just checked and it still shows yearly. There should be a direct email related to payment issues. Also, the app does seem to understand “no” and “not”. I had a person in a vintage photo (family member). I chose “photo to video”, which I always do. I told it that I just wanted head movement and nothing else. I said the hands should not move, and remain in place. It ended up giving me a perfect picture, but she picked up some object out of nowhere. I waste a lot of points trying to have it not do something, random people popping up out of nowhere. Phenomenal app, but those are real issues that should be addressed. So many point are being wasted.

Is that because it helps break certain copyright detectors? Otherwise, waiting for your update and see what you all come up with. I use it in making slideshows of friends and family events like graduation and funerals. Thank you
