PhotoShare Frame v2 4+

I’m from Texas, I went to visit my son and his wife, as well as my new granddaughter in Guam. They had purchased me one of these picture frames so they could send pictures of her growing up until they’re stateside again. I’m pretty technically inclined, but I opened the box when I got back home and put it back in the box just wasn’t sure about it a week before Christmas. We were expecting a house full of people, 20+ guest and I wanted to be able to have pictures of everybody displayed when I was dusting off my shelves, I came across this frame again. Let me tell you…. it is the best gift ever so easy to set up and such a joy to see when we walk past it in the hallway seeing different photos and videos, displayed best gift ever easy to operate day after day full of joy!!

I gifted myself this PhotoShare frame for Christmas so that my kids could send family pics of the grandkids to us any time. Setup was super easy for me to do for the app on my IPhone and took less than 10 minutes. Picture quality is great on the frame and it’s been easy for family to send us pics. I’m so glad I ignored the reviews saying this doesn’t work with IPhones because it definitely DOES! (Mine is IPhone 11). Highly recommend this as a gift for parents or grandparents who would love to get family pics sent to them at any time.

This is app is horrible and I honestly don’t know how it has this many good reviews. Selecting photos is incredibly buggy. Sometimes when I select a photo it suddenly says I’ve selected three times as many. If I select a photo with a cloud icon it scrolls all the way to the top and deselects everything I had previously chosen. It seriously takes four to five times to finally get the photos selected that I want to send to a frame. And even then there’s a 50% chance that the app crashes. When it works it’s good, but that’s a BIG “if”. I have contacted support at least three times explaining in painstaking detail how to reproduce the bugs and they keep ignoring it or saying it’s an issue in iOS (it definitely is not.) One would think that an app whose main purpose is to select photos would focus on making sure that worked correctly. I don’t think this software has ever been tested by the people actually developing it. God I hate using this app so much.
