Good for ordering, but some things missing
Missing some key components (or they are hard to find if they’re there.). Ability to store gift cards purchased, checking gift card balance doesn’t work.
Received a coupon for free delivery. Clicked on it and opened up to my local Piada to order. I tried to place an order to be delivered and wouldn’t let me. I changed the delivery time several times. Called store and talked to the chef. This phone number I called is the same one I’ve ordered from so it’s a correct number. He said that it was weird and that they had several deliveries already. Asked if I was using the app or the website. Took my name and phone number and reported the problem to the powers that be. He asked what they could do to make it right and I said that I’d try again later. He said he would keep and eye open for the order and it would be free if I would drive there. I still couldn’t get the delivery to go through and then downloaded the app again. Got to check out with my card already processed and there wasn’t an option for delivery. Husband went to store to pick it up and the chef wasn’t there that he ran to Kroger’s to get gloves. This kind of problems has happened before on orders in varying ways. Very unhappy with service.
Solid start but needs some minor tweaks
The app is OK for what it’s intended. Although, when placing an order I thought it was kind of cumbersome that I had to go back find my rewards number and enter it manually. I don’t understand why your rewards information is not automatically linked to the transaction of the app when you’re signed in… The ability to use Apple Pay cards directly in the app would be awesome! Hopefully that gets integrated later. Again it’s a solid start that hopefully grows!
