I’ve seen some pretty awful restaurant apps. This is definitely not one of them. Thank you, devs.

First time ordering from Pie Tap! The apps was easy to navigate. Although, when I ordered a pizza then added a drink and added 2 drinks it doubled the pizza order as well! I had to delete the 2 drinks and order only 1 drink then go back in and add another drink separately. Pepperoni pizza was good, but it took almost an hour to be delivered! (Less than 2 miles away!) The drinks I ordered were 2 sweet teas. Both drinks were disgusting! They actually looked like it was the bottom of the canister, thick looking tea, that was not even sweet at all! $6 worth of non drinkable tea! Next time I’ll pick up order and definitely NOT order the sweet! tea!

I was perfectly happy to order online, but their online ordering system wouldn’t accept payment — I tried multiple credit cards. I download their app, taking up more space on my phone with useless apps, and my payment method ~suddenly~ works perfectly. Stop making apps for everything, I promise I won’t order enough to make that worthwhile. It is, however, worthwhile to have an account saved online for pietap that I can easily order from without taking space on my phone.

We LOVE Y’all! Food is always great and service on point but I was didsapointed today.First, my order said it would be ready at 3:12pm so I got there at 3:20pm as I wanted to grab immediately to pick up my daughter from school by 330pm. Well my order was sitting by the kitchen. No urgency by anyone to pack my food. Got home my bread was missing that comes with my Carbonara. I had some chicken lollipops missing - one was strangely super tiny. I didn't get it bc the place was dead, not busy at all. So sad that someone just could not take their time to make sure orders were right.
