Simply the best
This app is seriously impressive! I’ve tried a bunch of AI video tools, but Pika makes it super easy to create really cool, high-quality videos straight from my phone. Just type in what you want, and boom—a fully animated video that actually looks good.

Always prioritizing community and making AI accessible
Pika has consistently led the game when it comes to engaging with the community and delivering features that make content creation easy. Pikaeffects enable regular people who aren’t enthusiasts to create amazing content day 1 and designs like this allowed the industry to grow rather than other companies which are catering to a handful of power users and do nothing to grow the AI creator community. I think Pika understand social media and what people want to make better than other platforms and they constantly release a steady stream of updates.
Ok generation but you can’t cancel subscription
I subscribed to Pica through their website, and canceling the subscription is nearly impossible. The site claims you can cancel anytime, but after following all the steps, I found no actual cancel option—just the ability to downgrade. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out with no success.
Ironically, if you subscribe through Apple, it’s more expensive but at least cancellation is straightforward. The downside with the Apple route is that if you run out of credits mid-month, you have to wait until the next billing cycle—there’s no option to top up. So Pica encourages web-based subscriptions for flexibility, but then locks you into a system where you can’t cancel or remove your payment method.
Honestly, it feels like a trap—and very close to a ripoff.
