Bryony herself is a wonderful instructor; her voice is soothing, she give good cues to teach you along the way, and is very personable and motivating. I cannot say enough good things. Pilates itself has been a movement routine I fell in love with thanks to this app. I have done Pilates before in a studio but it didn’t stick. I am hyper mobile and like doing at home/on my own so I can really focus and do correctly. This app has made me stronger, more balanced in body mind and spirit. I started month to month but eventually made the commitment for the year, little did I know I was making a strong commitment to myself, I do this every morning. I love the challenges or finding my own. I utilize the download feature when leaving the country. Not to mention, everything Bryony does is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing.

I listened to Bryonys interview on The Balanced Blonde podcast and was so drawn to her story and energy. The summer Pilates challenge just started and I jumped at the opportunity to sign up…I’m only three days in and can already feel such an incredible shift. These workouts are exactly what my body is craving. I had never done Pilates before and have always felt it intimidating but having heard her speak on her journey and then now having taken a few classes I can truly say there is no intimidation…only inspiration. If you’re on the fence I recommend listening to the podcast (ep. 312) to really understand and appreciate her passion. Thank you Bryony for sharing your gifts with the world.

I’ve gone through fits and starts with a ton of workout programs and apps over the last 10+ years and nothing has stuck with me or worked like PBB. I’ve been using this consistently for about a year and I’ve seen amazing results with no other lifestyle changes. On top of that, the workouts fly by and I actually look forward to them. This is the best investment you can make in yourself! You can add in the extra equipment which won’t cost you much to get or you can use your own body weight. The challenges are really amazing too!

I started following Bryony’s classes just about a year ago and I have enjoyed all of them. I was looking for an exercise routine to be gentler on my body, especially my back but still getting results. Her classes have been great for me. As a 48 year old woman, my body is definitely changing and these classes give me the confidence to continue to exercise and move my body in a way that feels good. I highly recommend!
