DESIGN AND CHECK Build your instrument with constructs, Likert scales, choice, numeric, and open items. The design check reads every item and flags what a pilot cannot fix: unanswerable stems, mismatched response formats, missing anchors. COLLECT A PILOT WAVE Run the pilot on your Mac or share a hosted link. Responses land in the study file on your Mac; hosted runs are removed when you close them. SEE WHAT THE PILOT SAYS Reliability for every scale (Cronbach's alpha, item-total correlations, alpha if item deleted), sample size guidance, and item-level flags, computed on your Mac and matched against published references. REPORT AND MOVE ON Export an editable Word report and CSV data. Hand the refined instrument to your main study with the pilot evidence attached. SUBSCRIPTION Pilot Study is free to download. Full access requires a subscription: $9.99 per month, or $79.99 per year with a one-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
