Mobile App

I love it being able to do several things on my phone. The only thing I do not like is that it asks for my security question every time I log in. I wish it would remember my phone.

Absolutely useless SO many times a day!

Sadly, I’ll probably have to find another bank. I like Pinnacle but this app is honestly the WORST one I’ve EVER used 😞
This is my very first review but I had to share the fact that several times a day I get an error message & can’t log into my account at all- especially the later it gets in the evening.
I have to have access to my account, seeming that it is actually MY money, we’re talking about. I’ve never experienced anything like this with any other app, much less a banking app.
Someone needs to take a serious look at it before they lose even more clients.

Super convenient!

I save time and money by no longer having to drive to the bank to deposit my pay check each week or when I receive a check from a customer of my new start up company. Only complaint I have is sometimes the app freezes and will not allow me to log in to my account. Even though my password is enter automatically by facial recognition on my iPhone X. This happens quite often. I would say about 20% of the time I use it.
