Mobile App

I love it being able to do several things on my phone. The only thing I do not like is that it asks for my security question every time I log in. I wish it would remember my phone.

Super convenient!

I save time and money by no longer having to drive to the bank to deposit my pay check each week or when I receive a check from a customer of my new start up company. Only complaint I have is sometimes the app freezes and will not allow me to log in to my account. Even though my password is enter automatically by facial recognition on my iPhone X. This happens quite often. I would say about 20% of the time I use it.

No Zelle option

Great app for banking and everything of the sort except one slight hiccup; I can’t find an option that allows me to use Zelle through the app? I’ve updated, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no option! And when I go to “transfers” it says, “You don’t have an account that can do this.” What? I definitely have an account. If there is any help, I would appreciate it!
