Does not work on iPhone 6 with iOs 12.4.6
In its previous versions, this app has been extremely useful and has had all the functions I would have asked for (mainly balance checking and remote deposit). However, recently an update was required for me to open it, and ever since then it will not pass the loading screen.
I’ve given it up to about two minutes, restarted my phone, closed everything running in the background, etc. but it would appear that, although the documentation states that it is compatible with my device, it is in fact not. This is quite disappointing, and I hope a software patch comes quickly so I’m able to regain the functionality of the app and give it the 4-5 star rating it’s deserved in the past.
Just opened an account yesterday and downloaded the app, The app worked the first time I opened it, I set up everything and then it crashed, every time I open the app I would put in my Touch ID and it freezes then closes. Had an update 2 minutes ago and it still doesn’t work.
