I used to love this app
Before the update this app was so simple to use and great for checking my balance on the go. Ever since the update every time I open the app it frustrates me because it’s slow and it looks bad. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because I can look at my credit card balance as well and don’t have to get out my computer to pay a bill. I really hope there’s plans to continue updating this app to make it more user friendly, whoever designed this version did a really bad job. I really just wish it would go back to the way it was before.

The new updates have been out awhile and I keep hoping that the web development team is actually paying attention to feedback. They are not. Why did I only give it 1 star? Because, once again, I opened the application but it wouldn’t load. I tried on both WiFi and over cellular data. It *finally* brought up the “fingerprint” screen... then promptly timed itself out when I put my thumb on the unlock panel. I had to close it and reopen it about 5 times. Some mornings it won’t open at all.
Frustration #2 is that the application is very cartoon-looking, with an old-school iOS interface. I wouldn’t mind this, except even when it finally opens and I can login, it runs and loads soooooo slooooooowwwwly.
Frustration #3 is that I was looking forward to being able to see *all* of my most recent transactions, but when I hit that option on the screen, it only brings up my current available balance, date of last deposit, etc.
The update has been out for a long time. Are they still “working out kinks” or is it finally safe to assume that whoever wrote the program for UBT for iPhones had no idea what they were doing?
Update is unusable on iPhone 7+
The old version of the app looked and worked fine on my iPhone 7+ - not right away, of course, but they eventually got the aspect ratio and resolution correct. But with this latest version, it’s back to being an overscanned, low-res mess because it doesn’t know I’m using a 1920x1080 display. How is that even possible? It’s 2018, AND you had a working version for over a year. Now, every single screen is cut off or cropped in a way that makes the app nearly unusable. It’s been this way since early July, and it is now September 10th. Over two months without an update or response from the developer. Just get it working on all devices. I can handle UI refreshes, but not when they detrimentally impact the user experience.
