It just wouldn’t let me log in for weeks at a time!

I used to have so many problems with this app for no reason. Once I wanted to buy a new hat because I was on vacation at sea world. The app stoped letting me log in. I just had to chance it and hoped I had enough money. Conclusion of the story was that I spent to the negative on that hat. Fun times.

Good but very bad

The app is user friendly and very easy to use. The thumbprint ID feature on IOS is awesome and makes checking my account easier. Now on to the issues. They don’t update very quickly. So you think your still in the positive and then you deposit your check and end up owing double because you were over drafted. The bank won’t fix it because it “takes time for the app to update”. I am sorry but due to the fact the the app is shoddily updated I went very negative in my bank account and got 3 overdraft fees attached to things that on the day my check was deposited had overdraft fees that didn’t post til 2 days later. I feel robbed and the bank itself won’t help at all. So here I sit. Broke. Angry. A negative balance and the only reason I am negative is because this app dose not properly update agains the compute system at the bank. So be glad you even got 3 stars. After this I am seriously debating switching to a better bank with a better updated system.

Balance problems

I like the new change but when ur car gets charged it’s not showing the transaction immediately anymore... and it’s very slow
