App needs to be more user friendly

App should be able to run if you want to hear music from another app. I feel like I’m stuck with the audio that comes with the race if I want to track my miles. There is stuff like me trying to just do a free walk/run and it started kicking me out and then coming to find out that I need to be in a specific area in the app to do this and the only way to find out if because I contacted support and they eventually let me know, otherwise there is nothing in the app that let you know this issue. App could be more dinámic, it feels boring and not incentivizing enough even though it says it’s “immersive” … app has potential, but needs work

Treadmill Motivation

I purchased the treadmill without knowing about the app about a year ago. The treadmill is cheap and durable a great buy. I’m a big guy and so far ran over 600 miles on it. Also, they have an outstanding Customer Service the provides real solutions quickly.

Over the course of a year the app has had ups and down mostly so to bots and people trying to cheat to get a payoff. I think they have finally found a solution. Earning a couple of dollars a day while doing my daily cardio is actually motivating and pushes me to do more. The prizes are not as large as they use to be but it’s almost better because it attracts less cheating.

Thank you for your feedback. PitPat will always ensure that the contests are fair (such as an empty treadmill will stop and be considered cheating) and authentic. That the users you encounter are real, and there is no manipulation of the final results. Users can earn rankings and finisher rewards through the race, and finisher rewards are available to all who complete the race. We recommend you can participate in the official multi-player or Goal Challenge. We value all feedback from all users. Fun but limiting

When I saw all kinds of features on this app I was even more excited to use my walking pad. However it seems every time I get first in any race the app magically crashes and my results get invalid. Very frustrating and makes it where i can’t afford to do another race. Other than that I really enjoy the app. I like being able to control my speed with my phone. The app does not really work well if you are using the same device to listen to music. The audio gets funky. Maybe when I actually get a prize for one of my races I won, I’ll raise my review.
