Pivotex is the official companion app for Pivotex commercial door automation and relay control hardware. Whether you're commissioning a new install or managing a building full of accessible entrances, Pivotex puts complete control in your pocket. Built for facility operators, building owners, ADA compliance managers, and door hardware installers across Ontario and beyond. Use it to set up new units, adjust relay timings, learn door open and close positions, monitor uptime, and control anything remotely. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Pair a new Pivotex unit in seconds by scanning the QR code on its LCD screen • Connect the unit to WiFi through the app — no separate captive portal, no fiddling • Toggle any of the four relays instantly over Bluetooth or WiFi • Configure per-relay on-times and delays (0.1s to 300s) • Switch between operating modes: Standard, Washroom, Card Reader, Locked Washroom • Learn wireless remote codes (433 MHz) • Learn a door's open and close positions and force profile (ADO Master units) • Trigger auto-cycle, hold-open, or emergency brake from anywhere • See live relay status, WiFi signal, firmware version, and uptime • Receive firmware updates — cryptographically signed and verified before the unit accepts them WORKS WITH • Pivotex Relay Master v6.5 — four-channel relay controller with wireless input support, wall button optocouplers, and rotary encoder menu • Pivotex ADO Master v1.0 — combined motor plus relay controller for automatic door openers with obstacle detection, power assist, and learn-cycle setup DUAL CONTROL The app talks to your unit two ways: directly over Bluetooth Low Energy when you're nearby, and through our Canadian-hosted cloud when you're away. You get the same control whichever path you use. SIGN IN, SECURE, PRIVATE Create a free account with your email address. We send a sign-in link — no passwords to remember, no third-party tracking. Your paired devices follow you across phones.
