It works!

Paul's program is by far the most scientific sound and proven training program for basketball athleticism. I did the 12 weeks vertical jump 2 years ago, was in pain in the lower back and many other areas of body from past sports injury, but the program took my body to the next level without further injure my body. Not only that, many of them subsided, improved my movement pattern and ability to move quicker and faster laterally, linearly and with / without dribble. I was also able to get up higher for rebounds, layups vertically, being more physically capable in the air to make contact with other players and making shots , lastly I jumped off close to the free throw line to touch backboard during a basketball game, which was furthest I got ever! Thanks the man, trainer of James Harden, Paul and the system!
