I have been using this app since May and it’s always worked perfectly. What I like is that it works even if you don’t have Wi-Fi… It uses Bluetooth! I recently had to contact customer service because management was allowing vagrants and shady people into the building and wasn’t willing to help. I got a quick response from customer service and they were absolutely wonderful to me!

Use caution in using this app.

Their old technology loads your money onto your phone and your phone only. They don’t have the option of creating accounts on their website that can then be shared with others in your family for laundry. If you get a new phone, your entire remaining balance is gone and you have to start again. This is pathetic. Each person in your family needs to load money into the app on their own phones. Pay a $1 fee per transaction as well. Which century are you living in?

Their website is very basic and feels like a scam. No phone number, or address. They don’t reply to emails sent for help restoring your money.

I added money to my account. 20 dollars which is not easy to come by. I tried to wash my clothes and my account could not identify or connect with ANY of the machines in my building. I reported it and still waiting for anyone to get back to me. TERRIBLE! I am taking care of someone whom can’t do for themselves and this happens. I guess I will wait to see who responds back to me. This company does not care. Don’t waste your time or MONEY!!!!!
