A fix for long website names. • Long website names no longer push an item's page past the edge of the screen. A long name now ends in "…".

A couple of fixes. • On iPhone Duo, an item's page now stays clear of the bar down the side of the screen, on the outer and inner displays. • The Save button in the share sheet is easier to read, in light and dark.

Collections, your way. • Make a collection yourself. New Collection is in the Library's ⋯ menu under Collections, in Manage Collections, and in the sidebar on iPad and Mac. It can also gather on its own: saves whose note mentions its name join by themselves. • Put any save in a collection by hand: Add to Collection in its ⋯ menu, swipe a save in your library, or select several and choose Collection. On the Mac, right-click. • Take a save out of a collection with a long press on its page, even one PlainMind suggested. It stays out, and everything else the collection gathers keeps arriving. • Each collection opens with what it gathers and how to add more, so you can see why a save is there. Easier for everyone • Easier to read. Secondary text, labels and buttons now meet the WCAG AA contrast standard, in light and dark. • Larger text works throughout. Titles, labels and cards follow your text size, and at the largest sizes long titles wrap instead of being cut off. • VoiceOver reads each save in full: its type, title, source and date. • Screen titles match across the app, and the first run is a page shorter.

PlainMind, made for reading — and now on the Mac. Highlights and notes. In reading mode, select a passage and choose Highlight, and add a note if you like. Everything you've highlighted is together in Highlights, by article or passage by passage. A copy that outlives the link. PlainMind keeps each article and its images, so if the page disappears from the web, your copy doesn't. See how much space it uses, or turn it off, in Settings. Pro. PlainMind on the Mac. PlainMind, whole on iPad — and two new ways to read what you've saved. iPad now has everything iPhone has: Search with every filter, your collections in the sidebar, collection suggestions and a source filter. Keyboard shortcuts (⌘1, ⌘2, ⌘F), Spotlight results and links all open where they should. Reading mode. Open a saved article and get just its title and its words — no images, no panels, nothing else. Listen. PlainMind reads a saved article aloud with your device's own voices, and keeps reading with your phone locked. Nothing leaves your device. Pro. Also in this version: • Bring your bookmarks. Import the bookmarks file from Safari (Reading List included), Chrome, Firefox, Pocket or Instapaper. Each link keeps the date you saved it, and anything already in PlainMind is skipped. Settings > Your Data. • Give a collection an icon, and put your collections in the order you want. Collections get real. A collection can now come about two ways, and both are free: PlainMind notices a phrase repeating across the notes you write and offers to group those saves, or you build a search worth keeping and pin it. Pro adds the tools for shaping one — match more than one phrase, merge two collections that have drifted into holding the same list, or archive one you're done with. An archived collection keeps matching and keeps syncing; it's just off the list until you want it back. Also in this version: • One site, one source. Mobile and AMP versions of a page — and short links like youtu.be — now group with everything else from that site instead of sitting apart. Saves you already had are tidied up too. • Rename a source. Call a site whatever you actually call it, and the name follows you to your other devices. Pro. • Posts from Instagram and other social apps read properly now: the account handle and the date it went up, then the post itself. Like and comment counts are gone — they were only ever true for the moment you saved. • Search is faster, especially in larger libraries.

Collections that make themselves, and a calmer library. • Collections — when the same phrase turns up across a few of your notes, PlainMind offers to group those saves. Nothing to file: items join and leave on their own as your notes change. • Filter by where something came from. Images, PDFs and text remember their source now, not just links. Collections and sources both live in the ⋯ menu at the top of your library. • Item pages are one scrolling page, with full-width artwork at the top — closer to the Music app than a stack of cards. • Saved articles read like a reader view, with the full text in place. • Search and Power search are one screen. Same name, all the filters. • Links bring back more: article text, author, music genre and duration, and the page a PDF or image came from. • "Stored data" on any item shows exactly what PlainMind has kept, field by field, with sizes. • Library rows are shorter — about nine fit on screen instead of five — with three sort orders and an A–Z index. • Face ID can lock the app, with an auto-lock delay you choose. • Fixed: some saves never reached iCloud. Everything syncs now. • Fixed: sharing an image or PDF shares the actual file instead of a text document. • Fixed: saved links no longer store the page's CSS and scripts alongside the text.
