Talk it through. Send a task to someone. Pick a person, say what you need, and it's theirs — they become responsible, your message opens the conversation, and they get one notification. Someone new is invited along the way. Discussions. Every conversation you're in, newest first, with unread counts — right in Notifications. Chats (Premium). Turn on the Chats tab in Profile and message anyone in Plan4U directly. Drop a task or an event into the conversation as a card, send photos and files, reply, react, and see when your message has been read. The people you already plan with are one tap away at the top. Discuss privately. Send a task to someone who's already on it and choose to talk about it just between the two of you. A smoother conversation. Messages fly in instantly, the thread stays where you left it, and you can select and quote part of a message. Also: a fresh look for Profile settings, and many fixes and speed-ups.

Plan together. Shared calendars. Create a Family or Team calendar and invite people with a link. Everything anyone adds lands on everyone's schedule, in the calendar's colour. Members can be view-only, and you can mute a calendar you only need to glance at. Switch calendars from the top of the screen. All calendars, just yours, or one shared calendar — pick it from the header. The "+" button adds straight into the calendar you're in. Who's on it? Give any event or task a responsible person: a calendar member, a guest, or tap "I'll take it". They get a notification, and the Tasks board can show only what's yours. Everyone's free at… When you look for a free slot in a shared calendar, Plan4U checks the other members' busy times too and suggests a gap that works for all of you. A faster Tasks board. Type a task in one line and hit Return: "!" makes it urgent, "#list" files it into a list, "@name" hands it to someone, and a date phrase puts it on the calendar. Group tasks into lists with their own emoji and colour, add a soft deadline that shows a countdown without pinning the task to a day, and park ideas in the new Someday column. React to messages. Hold a message in an event's chat to reply with an emoji, or double-tap to heart it. Reactions show under the bubble — hold one to see who reacted. Stack past events (Premium). Less typing, less tapping, more done. Type the time into the title. "Dentist tomorrow at 3pm" — Plan4U reads the date and time right out of the title and fills them in for you. The phrase disappears from the name once you save. Find a free slot. One tap scans your calendar and offers the next gap that fits, within your working hours. It's also a preset when you reschedule. Move events with your finger. On the day timeline, hold an event and drag it to a new time, or pull its bottom edge to make it longer. Time to leave. Add a location — addresses autocomplete as you type — and Plan4U works out the travel time and pings you when it's time to go. Walking, driving or transit, with a buffer you choose. Everything about an event now lives inside the event. Checklists. Break an event into steps and tick them off together. Every tick, rename and new item is kept in the event's history, so everyone can see what moved. A real conversation. Comments have grown into a full thread with its own composer — reply, quote, and attach a file straight into the discussion. The event keeps a compact strip of everything people added. Formatting where you write. Bold, italic, strikethrough and lists in descriptions and comments. Select any piece of text to copy, share or quote it. Urgent events catch fire. Mark something urgent and its card burns on the calendar — you'll find it without reading a word. A sound of our own. Plan4U alerts now play their own chime, in five variants that grow brighter as the priority rises. On Apple Watch too. Talk it over, right inside the event. Comments have threads now. Swipe a message to the left to reply, and your answer carries a quote of the one it answers — tap the quote to jump back to the original. Answer without opening the app. Reply to a comment straight from the notification, accept or decline an invitation from the push, and tick a task off from its reminder — all from the lock screen. Reminders that arrive on time. Reminders now go out as Time Sensitive, so they break through Focus and are never held back for a Scheduled Summary — the reason some of them used to turn up long after their moment. Repeating events keep their time of day across a clock change, and a reminder for something that has already started is no longer delivered at all. The AI assistant is here. Tap the sparkle button in the event editor and just say what you need — "move it to Friday at 6, remind me an hour before, add Anna." Your event rewrites itself while you watch, and you can keep talking to correct it. Repeat on the days you actually meet. Weekly events can now fire on several weekdays at once — Mon/Wed/Fri, weekends, whatever your week looks like. Faster invites. The people you invite most now sit right under the description, one tap away instead of a scroll away.
