Plan7 requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). The App Store shows the price and any free trial before you pay. Answer a few questions: one goal for the next 30 days, what can't move, what you protect, and how you sleep. Plan7 counts the 168 hours of your week first and tells you if the goal doesn't fit, then places every block around everything else. FOCUS BLOCKS THAT PAUSE DISTRACTING APPS Choose the apps and websites once in Screen Time. Plan7 pauses them during focus blocks, fixed commitments and sleep, even with the app closed. Need one? Breathe for seven seconds, then open it for 5 to 60 minutes. Zen Week hides them for seven days. Apple keeps your app list private: Plan7 knows how many apps you chose, never which. CHANGE TODAY WITH ONE MESSAGE Running late or a meeting moved? Type or say it in Edit day. Plan7 moves, adds, shortens or skips blocks and leaves what you protect alone. THE CURRENT BLOCK ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN A Live Activity shows the block you're in, its countdown and what's next, in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen (iOS 17+). Blocks of an hour or more get a 25-minute focus timer. AN ALARM THAT ENDS WITH A MISSION Wake-up missions: hold, steps, shake, math, memory, typing a phrase, or showing an object such as your shoes. Each completed mission builds your streak, from Recruit to General (iOS 26+). LIGHTS OUT AND A WEEK THAT LEARNS Before bed, Plan7 shows tomorrow's first activity and can pause your chosen apps. Tune my week reads your last seven days and rebuilds the next one. Your calendar is read, never written. SUBSCRIPTION Plan7 is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. There's no free plan; any free trial your Apple ID qualifies for is shown before you pay. Your goal, sleep and commitments show up on one bar, along with the hours you still have free. • Sleep and your wake-up alarm now come first, before the longer questions. • Bedtime app blocking is now set right where you choose the apps to block. • Adding a task today without a time puts it after the current time, not earlier in the morning. • After a few good mornings in a row, Plan7 may ask you to rate it.
