First time placing an order. I picked the store and when I ordered it and paid I noticed it sent me to a different store. Although the substitutions for personalized drinks are easy and user friendly, the app is plain and boring. You can only call the store you ordered from to handle any mistakes mishaps or issues. There is no way to cancel an order and when I called the store the poor girl was so busy and didn’t know what or how to deal with the cancellation and refund. Not her fault. Waiting on a call back to see if I can get refunded. Wish me luck!

App says phone number invalid, I tried to enter to multiple ways, unstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. Even though I have a rewards account in the store that I use, it won’t let me creat an account so I have to type in all of my info for every online order. So frustrating

However seems to be not loading at all with the recent ios9 update. A branch in Florida has a royalty program for every 10 visits to get reduced price on next purchase. Curious if the app will have features like this that tie into one corporate system maybe that all planet smoothie locations will have to entice people to go in more?
