DAILY TASK LIST
• Planflow opens right to your task list for today based on the project schedule provided by the general contractor using Primavera P6.
• Only activities assigned to you appear on your task list
• Delegate your tasks to others (i.e. subcontractors)

PREFILLED DAILY LOGS
• Daily logs come prefilled with schedule data
• Just add labor counts and notes
• Completed Daily Logs automatically get emailed to managers

LOG WORK & LABOR
• Simple question: did you work on X today? yes/no
• Yes? How many people worked on it?
• No? Why not?
• Change Expected Finish Dates for Tasks and notify people behind you.

ROADBLOCKS
• Choose from 7 different types of Roadblocks
• Anyone can create a Roadblock at any time for any task
• Set a Need by date, Schedule when it will be cleared, clear it, and confirm its cleared

DELEGATE
• Assign tasks to those who work for you
• Assign Roadblocks to peers, managers, and those who work for you
• Approve Daily Logs, or change them and submit them yourself
