Calendar View

My schedule calendar view needs to be zoomed out so the whole month can be viewed. Devs please change the design so the whole month is visible at once🤞.

Excellent Scheduling Program

We transitioned our entire police department of 200 employees to this scheduling software two years ago. We have a very complex schedule as most departments do and found that this scheduling option was the best and most reliable on the market for our department. Having access to your schedule anywhere with the easy to use app is also a huge bonus. Very impressed with this product and the support we get from PlanIt. Would highly recommend this Great option!

Not user friendly

Lots of great features, but it is not possible to view an entire month at once... which makes it extremely hard to plan things in advance without constantly scrolling up and down. Even switching to platoon Schedule mode only allows for 10days to be viewed at a time and only a small number of employees. Making the calendar smaller and possibly color coordinated (similar to Excel) would make it much easier to view a months worth of scheduling at once for all employees. Lots of bells and whistles but the core purpose of the scheduling software should be making things more efficient. I find myself spending more time scrolling constantly than if I would use our previous outdated system.

I’m sorry to hear about your trouble with our schedule views. The Platoon view you describe does only allow you to view 3 days at a time on mobile. We also have the Calendar view, which allows you to view a whole month at once. However, with both of these views, you can turn your phone sideways to see more information.

The Calendar View allows you to click a date at the top of the screen and brings you to the chosen date. This should reduce the amount of scrolling you have to do. We also do have some color coding options, but they will need to be set by administrators.
