press the exercise. do it. say yes. then what?? exercise over. say no and after advertisement, it starts over. every time have an option battery usage is great because immediately app goes into advertisements. I gave 3 stars because it doesn’t have loud obnoxious drums or music; it does have the basic plank exercise as stated; it has a clean appearance without a lot of confusing things moving around and stuff to check.
