Amazing app .. took me literally less than a minute to explore my event and get my tickets ..It is also great to always track tickets and have my tickets visible ..

I purchased event tickets through this app, which offered a refund guarantee. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to violations by the organizers. When I requested a refund, nothing was done. I tried calling their support line, but no one answered. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I’ve lost trust in this platform. I won’t be buying event tickets from them again.

Poor customer service, but easy-to-use app

Customer service is slow and not responsive enough to fix issues. Chat function, they don’t respond for 10-20 mins. Email, they don’t respond. However, the app is easy to use and take Apple Pay so that’s nice.
