Upload drawings by discipline and floor. Every version stays together, but the current one is always what you see first. Superseded versions are kept as backups, clearly marked, never in your way. Every upload and every annotation carries the name of who made it — automatically.
Team, per project
Invite developers, contractors, architects, structural and MEP consultants, and more to a specific project — not a generic company-wide list. Everyone on the roster can see who's responsible for what, without a single extra message.
Drawing markup with Apple Pencil
Open any drawing straight into a real canvas — sketch, annotate, and mark up with a genuine brush engine built for construction drawings: pencils, paint brushes, fine-line pens, texture and light brushes, all procedurally built, not a gimmick set. Import your own custom brushes too.
Site Diary
Keep a real, dated site diary — write by hand with Apple Pencil or type, on blank, lined, graph, or dotted paper. The app senses which one you're using, so there's no mode to fumble with mid-thought.
Planner
Lay out your project's phases on a simple Gantt-style timeline, assigned to real team members, bounded by your project's actual start and end dates.
Built to be trusted with real projects
Real accounts, not a shared login. Your data is scoped to your team — nobody outside a project can see it. Delete your account and everything you own, permanently, any time you want, right from the app.
Plavyn isn't a replacement for professional engineering or regulatory judgment — it's the place your team's actual drawings, decisions, and history live, so nobody's ever asking "wait, is this the right version?" again.
