Unable to reserve courts
Just recently installed this app and it was working fine until the last couple of days, it is not allowing me to reserve any courts. Everything else works fine except book a court part. The “available” is not hyperlinked.

Hello. Please contact our support center via email at support@playtennisconnect.com or call 617-431-6777. We will need to lookup your tennis center member types and court reservation privilege rules. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated (your tennis center, previous reservations that you have made, etc). Thank you.
Impossible to complete reservation, therefore useless
When trying to reserve a court, I go to the payment section and the credit card info box pops up, but it’s impossible to enter information. I’ve tapped on every part of it and checked to other buttons, nothing. It’s also irritating to only be able to view each court individually, so there’s basically no reason to use this app.
Easy to use: booking courts and events
My tennis club recently introduced this app to members and I love it. With a tap of the button I can book courts and sign up for events.
