PLC Touch is a digital payment system owned by People’s Leasing & Finance PLC, Sri Lanka. Providing the convenience of cashless digital transactions anytime-anywhere using mobile devices it incorporates the most innovative, reliable technologies and QR or Quick Response Code to secure all financial transactions. PLC Touch provides an array of services ranging from viewing your account, card, loan, and fixed deposit balances to transferring funds, paying bills, recharging mobile connections and even paying credit card bills. In addition a number of unique functions such as card lock/unlock , card freezing, and information on special offers and promotional deals are offered as well.
