Add Points, markup and supporting material, then export. - Pages Only: export just your pages, without a cover, index, Point-detail pages or navigation links. - A built-in User Guide: explore 41 pages of instructions, annotated app screens and linked topics. Jump between sections and use Back to return. The guide never counts against your free binder. - Remove a scanned or imported plan page after reviewing the affected Points, photos, notes, links and page-code changes. - Fixed a free-binder allowance issue caused by the old bundled sample. New installs now open the Binders screen without launching a sample automatically. Existing personal Binders are preserved.

"Field Package" is now "Binder." You create a Binder, you export a PDF. Your existing binders, backups and exported files are unchanged. • Reports: start a Daily Report, Punch List, Field Report, Inspection Report, Photo Log, Meeting Notes, SOP (Process Walk), Work Instructions or Blank Report from a template and edit it right on the page. • Sign with your finger: tap a signature line, sign, and the date and time are stamped beside it automatically. • Align text, lists, checklists and photos left, center or right. • Dictate a report block instead of typing it. Transcription runs on the device, keeps every sentence through pauses, and the recording stays in the binder, where you can play it back or delete it. • Tidy Text: on iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence, dictated words are rewritten into concise text on the device. The words as dictated stay one tap away. • Share PDF + Recordings (.zip) sends the PDF and its recordings together, named to match a Recordings list printed in the PDF. • The block you tap stays in view above the keyboard. • Folders keep the Binders list short.

Plotava now opens new installations with a real, editable example that demonstrates how plan points connect photos, notes, markups, nested details, and a linked PDF handoff. This update also adds dismissible field hints, improves arrow-callout text placement and editing, sharpens cropped-plan previews, and strengthens sample-project and free-project handling.

This update makes large field packages more reliable to export, with visible progress and cancellation. It also improves PDF page links, camera capture and rotation, consecutive-photo workflows, arrow-note editing, point placement, offline subscription access, and overall iPhone and iPad stability.
