We saw this app recommended on a community fb forum after a week of MN snow. It hasn’t snowed here like this in 30 years. Our snow plow had given out and my husbands back was going the same way so we decided let’s try this. We scheduled the service for the next day since it was still snowing (We weren’t expecting much since we figured plowers were overwhelmed with jobs right now). That evening we got a text saying our currently scheduled provider had been removed and we would be notified on the app when we got a new one. I texted and asked when they thought the job would get done and they responded to the text immediately! They thought someone would be there on the scheduled day not sure of the time. When I got up the next morning my first thought was “I wonder when and if they will show up”. Well, the text on my phone said the job was already done. It was done at 3:00 am and we never even heard them. We were impressed! Great communication and great service! A job well done by all involved!

I have been using this service for years. Reliability and quality of work have gone down hill over the last couple of years and I am on the verge of canceling my recurring lawn service. The most recent issue, I ordered on 5/14 for service on 5/16, the order was accepted and assigned very quickly. It is the first now of the season so my grass is getting quite long. Dinner time rolls around on 5/16 and there is no sign of the landscaping company. I reach out via Chat to Customer Service for an ETA. After some time they come back and say that the provider is running behind and doesn’t know when they will get there so they are canceling and reassigning it. I ask how long that will take. All they say is ASAP. Two days later it still hasn’t even been assigned to a provider. I have reached out numerous times. Nobody has any answers. I am disabled and can’t mow the lawn myself. I am now receiving hostile notes in my mailbox about the length of my grass and today is the last clear day before several days of forecasted rain. Customer Service just tries to placate me with generic apologies and “we try to assign things as quickly as we can”. Nobody has escalated my order or offered me a discount for the no show of the unreliable provider they selected the first go around. I’d be willing to continue to pay for the service if it were simply reliable and they communicated proactively or showed some level of concern for basic customer service.

I am deleting this app after this reviewing and opting for a local snow removal service. This winter I have used the app 3x. The first time the plow never arrived. I was texting customer service til midnight for a plow ordered for 2pm. I didn’t know if my kids could get to their bus stop in the morning. Customer service via text blamed the weather- literally the business they are in. It was only when I called that I was told they had lost communication with driver and had no ETA. She cancelled the order and put in a new one marking it as urgent, and a plow arrived within the hour. Something someone could have done hours before.The second snow removal was a random man with a snow blower, which is fine except he made path so narrow I could barely pull out.The third snow removal job (yesterday) the plow went half way down the driveway, into my lawn (tearing it up) for some reason and then left. When I asked for a refund for a job not completed (with photos included) I was told my driveway “looked longer” than was stated and so “probably the driver did just the 7 car amount. Hope that helps!” No follow up with the driver, no asking for actual driveway measurements, totallly ignored the fact that I have ordered a dozen or so jobs with this same information and never had problem. So blame the weather, then blame the customer is this company’s preferred method of problem solving.

I should have taken the reviews more seriously. We have quite a bit of debris and clean up needed for a few beds around our home. After submitting a custom quote request it took about 10 days to get a quote back which came back at $200 with tax. We thought that was very reasonable and decided to move forward. Unfortunately, the day the service was scheduled we were at the beach so we came back the next day and at first glance the beds looked great! Then we went into the back yard... the service provider took all of the debris from our beds and left it in a pile behind our garage!!! Then what they did bag up they didn’t even take it with them! They put it in our garbage cans filling them to the brim so we can’t even put our own trash in there until 4 days later! After contacting the app they said they would send the provider back and asked for photos. When I sent the photos they came back and said oh we didn’t include that in the quote from the partner so it will be another $250 to remove the debris!!!!!! What?!?!?! That’s more then the original quote AND it’s not my fault you didn’t include exactly what I requested in your request to the third party. I am livid and now my husband and myself still need to bag and dispose of this debris we hired this company to do for us in the first place. Last time I do anything like this through an app again!
