Our team of receptionist’s will answer each call with your desired greeting and company name, we’ll then handle that call according to your instructions.
We can field all your calls so you can decide who to call back, or transfer potential sales straight through to you. You’ll receive a meaningful message of the callers needs and their contact information so you can gather new leads and opportunities even when you’re out of the office.
When we receive a call, our App will push an alert to your mobile phone every time you get a call. You can then either ring your caller back or email them directly from your phone.
In addition to the push notifications, you can also receive call alerts and message via our online portal, Email and SMS.
Within the App you can:
* View the call notification in real-time
* See the caller message & mood of the caller
* Return the call or email from the App
* Flag messages from within the app for follow up
* Add caller directly to contacts
You can also:
* Sort your call notifications by Name or Date
* Change your greeting
* Change your call instructions
* Set notification settings per contact, (SMS, Email, Push Notification, call Forward)
* Change email address for call notifications
