Every plane over your head is a card. Look up, catch it, and fill your album from the real sky. That jet crossing your sky is a card. PocketSkies turns the real planes overhead into a collection. Open the app and your sky fills with the aircraft flying near you right now, from the everyday 737 to the occasional fighter jet. Tap one to see which way to look, how high it is, who's flying it and where it's going. Catch it and it goes in your album as a card with a real photo, its specs, and when you saw it. - Live traffic from community ADS-B receivers, updated every few seconds - One card per aircraft type, in six rarity tiers from Common to Legendary - Where to look, altitude, speed, route and airline for every plane - A "times seen" count for the planes you've already caught - Daily streaks and a weekly challenge - Friends, shared albums and a sky-stars leaderboard - Airshow events with the performers as cards when you're at the show - Share any card as a picture or a link Free, with no ads. Your exact location stays on your phone; the app only sends a rounded position (about half a mile) to fetch the sky above you. Live aircraft data from the adsb.lol community under the Open Database License. Aircraft photos from Wikimedia Commons, credited on each card.
