Podium | Presenter is a Mac app built for live events where timing, clarity, and reliability matter. Podium is not a presentation tool. It is a real-time stage display system.
Design layouts on your Mac and send them instantly to an iPad Viewer over the local network. What you see on your Mac is exactly what appears on the stage screen, perfectly scaled and perfectly synced, without lag. There are no cables, no internet dependency, and no guesswork.
Podium works by letting you design slides and layouts on your Mac and connect to an iPad Viewer using the local network with Bonjour. You can instantly display text, images, timers, clocks, and alerts, and update content live while the event is running. Podium is built for speakers, operators, and teams who need confidence during live moments.
Podium provides real-time local sync with no cloud services required. The app automatically detects the connected iPad’s screen resolution and resizes the Mac canvas to match it exactly, ensuring true what-you-see-is-what-you-get rendering. A live viewer inside the Mac app shows exactly what the iPad is displaying, along with connection status and device details.
You can add multiple text boxes per slide and fully control fonts, sizes, styles, colors, backgrounds, alignment, spacing, and indents. Individual text elements can be flashed to grab attention. You can also add one or multiple images per slide, adjust opacity, apply advanced shadow settings, and lock elements to prevent accidental movement.
Podium supports multiple timers and clocks on the same slide. Timers can show or hide hours and seconds, include optional labels, flash at custom time thresholds, and be started, stopped, or reset instantly. Clocks can display any timezone, use 12-hour or 24-hour formats, optionally show seconds, and include custom titles. All timing elements support full typography and spacing control.
To ensure urgent messages are never missed, Podium allows you to trigger full-screen visual flashes on the Viewer, play sound alerts, send haptic alerts, and request acknowledgements to confirm the message was seen.
Podium is ideal for worship and religious services, corporate presentations, conferences and keynotes, education and training, and community or nonprofit events.
Privacy and reliability are core to Podium’s design. The app works entirely over your local network, requires no accounts, shows no ads, and includes no tracking. An internet connection is not required during use, and all content stays on your devices.
