Appreciate the gesture of free daily bonus bets

This is the 4th or 5th Sportsbook I joined (I join whenever I see a generous promo for new customers) and appreciated the free second chance bet for joining. I lost my first $100 wager but made up for it and more with a parlay the next day using the bonus bet. I also received a promo for a free $100 bet for making 5 $20 bets over week long period, which I took full advantage of. Another thing I appreciate are the free daily bonus bets (for parlays only). It’s only $1, but it’s still a nice gesture. I recently went back to using this book after one of my $1 bonus bets hit on a 4-leg parlay, netting me over $30. My one complaint about this book is that the odds seem to trend slightly worse than most others, although occasionally I’ll see slightly better odds on PB. It’s not really a big deal, as it’s usually only 5-10 points difference. App looks nice and is easy to use.

Never play here

Hello everyone that wants to know if PointsBet is for you. Yes it’s a nice looking app and it makes you think wow this app is probably a nice one. Then you start playing and feel all good and then it’s start to go away and you think oh it’s going too. It has to and you are like I’ve never played on any other app that has made me feel this way(disappointment) I mean I don’t care about losing money cause that’s why I gamble but not at one point in playing that I ever feel like I can win it back or that I could ever even hit anything it was very disappointing. so I got a hold of support and told them that I just felt like something was going on because I’ve never played for this long time and never hit nothing and was openly marked by the support team they were very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this app for anyone even people I don’t like, so download another one and do not play on this app. It is by far the worst one I’ve ever played. I don’t ever leave reviews cause I just don’t feel like it and I am left one on here because of how disgusted and unprofessional they were. It was just a all out bad experience and I would never recommend these guys for anything. At least on the other apps, I felt like I could win any time and then after I lost or won I was content.

Thief’s and Terrible customer service

I joined this app a little over a month ago and absolutely loved it spent 1000s on there. Then one day I get a message saying I was awarded $500 bonus bets for being a valued customer and it made me like the site even more. I split up my bonus bets into 4 and was ready to use them on the baseball game the following day. Then I log on the next day see them for about 10 or so minutes go to use them and all of sudden they are gone. I was very upset seeing as I enjoyed this app a lot. I thought it was a mistake and contacted support and they just kept spamming me with their “terms of service” and how they reserve the right to take anyone bonus bets for any reason whatsoever and would leave the chat “Dwight and George” their names were. They gave $10 as a good will gesture to make up for it like that even comes remotely close to the $500. It was just the worst experience I’ve had on any gambling site and would recommend staying away. And I definitely recommend reading people’s experiences online before joining because there are extremely shady things that have happened to others aswell as me. Unless they can make up for it by returning those bets or giving a reasonable “good will gesture” I will be withdrawing my winnings and closing my account.
