GPS not tracking

Love the app. I mount my iPhone X to a custom mount on my snowmobile. Snow season is coming soon so I’ve been opening the app to check things out. It seems that it’s not picking up/ refreshing the GPS signal very well. Last season it seemed to work great. Lately it doesn’t track the 3D view. It used to move quickly and accurately when I moved my phone around. It seems to be having trouble doing this now.

Also, it would be great to toggle more effectively from different viewing modes. Maybe having a separate soft button for staying on heads up 3D view. It’s not intuitive to know what mode your on. Maybe the current soft button would change more to indicate what mode it’s on. Also, when on the 3d heads up/follow and try the zoom out or in, it kicks you out of the “following” mode. It would be nice to be able to zoom in and out without affecting the follow mode.

Still works, was better

I have used this app for several years, it navigates most snowmobile trails in northern Wisconsin without issues. Like others, it was more useful, faster to respond, and less glitchy before the map vendor change. Please bring back those features, especially the feature of showing the direction the phone is pointed in on the map. Also, give the option to have map text in a larger font, it will help us with older eyes.
One quirk, “Show points of interest” keeps turning off when I close the app. All the others stay selected.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on a fix for the "compass" feature and arrow pointing the correct direction which will be included in a future release. We will look at ways to increase the readability of roads/POIs on the map.

Was awesome now worthless- please fix

I have to used this app for years and recommended it to many people. Offline feature was a life saver. Recently app is ridiculous. Doesn’t work at all. I have used it on many phones but have used it on my current iPhone 8 for at least the years. Has suddenly stopped working. Went riding in st George Utah a few weeks ago and downloaded offline map of the area. Needed to rely on the app to find our way back as I have done on many rides but this time the app only showed an arrow on an extremely basic map, no roads or trails. App eventually just kept locking up, was worthless. Had to just pick our way home by trying different trails. App is useless. Was riding in an area with full cell coverage today and so couldn’t even find my location in the parking lot. Said gps signal was too weak. Went from one of the best to just something taking up memory on my phone. Need to find another option at this point.

Developer Response ,

Thank you for your response. Some users experienced a serious crash. The team took this as a top priority and found the issue. We expect the fix (version 6.4.03) to be approved by Apple and released today. We apologize for the problems we caused on your ride.
