Security • Two-step verification with an authenticator app: turn it on in Settings, save your recovery codes, and confirm new sign-ins with a 6-digit code. Calls • Do Not Disturb and out-of-work hours now silence incoming calls; they are logged as missed calls instead. • A call that arrives while you are already talking shows a quiet call-waiting bar instead of ringing. Decline it, reply with a short message, or end the current call and switch. • Shared screens can be pinch-zoomed in fullscreen, and participant tiles keep a stable order. • Joining a call you were invited to is more reliable, and a crash when a call ended in the background is fixed. Chat • Messages and attachments you send while offline are queued and delivered when you are back online. Failed messages can be retried or discarded, and drafts are kept. • Attachments show upload progress with tap-to-retry, and large camera videos upload without running out of memory. • Thread replies can also be sent to the channel, and replies in threads you do not follow no longer play the message sound. • Sharing from other apps into a channel is more reliable, with progress and safe retry. Drive & Wiki • Spreadsheets and PowerPoint decks open in the in-app viewer with swipe paging and pinch-to-zoom, including attachments in chat, tasks and meetings. ODT and legacy PPT files preview as PDF. • Wiki pages can be created, nested and moved on mobile, with Wiki settings and permission-aware editing. • Share links work again: choose a view or download link, allow download, require an email, set an expiration or make it one-time. Folder upload links are fixed too. • Folder create and rename errors are now shown, and thumbnails load faster. Tasks • History, comments and assignees show names instead of IDs, completed and cancelled tasks are recognized correctly, and custom statuses get the right colors. Also • Search across chat, Drive, tasks and meetings has been rebuilt for better results. • The language chosen on the sign-in screen is applied right away.
