Positvt is a positive tracker app that is based on all the basic elements of positive psychology. Maintaining a daily journal helps you keep up with the good things in your life, setting up goals, controlling your weight, exercising, capture the positive but also negative moods in order to become a more balanced person.

I genuinely love this app. It has a simple UI, with intuitive and easy-to-understand features. The option to record goals, weight, exercise, sleep, and be able to record my daily mood and thoughts, all for completely free is fantastic. This has become one of my go-to apps for my work to improve my mental health. The only bug I found (and this really is a tiny thing) is that when I open the app when the app is locked, it asks me to use Touch ID or to enter my password. I use a phone with FaceID, so I have to manually enter my password every time. Not a big deal at all, and it doesn’t affect my view of the app, just thought I’d mention it in case the developer sees this review.

Thank you for the feedback and your kind words. I am currently working on a new version and will look into this bug. The passcode is really optional. If your phone is locked, no one can access the app anyway.
March update: version 4.0 includes Face ID. I hope this would help using the passcode.
This app is really helpful and therapeutic In a way if you are bad at communicating your emotions. I really recommend this app if you have issues in life or you feel fine every single day it's good to track how the day feels and what you did during the day and write stuff down. If you want to think of writing every day think of it as a small goal to get to every day so you're accomplishing something every day! 100% recommend it!
Sometimes Better than Social Media
It's nice to connect with others, family, and friends that's what social media's for. Most of the time we want to put our best foot forward, but often that creates this perception that the people we see on social media have these perfect lives and as human beings, we long for what we don't have. This is an app that allows you to be true to yourself! It allows you to not be judged and be able to better yourself!
