It's nice to connect with others, family, and friends that's what social media's for. Most of the time we want to put our best foot forward, but often that creates this perception that the people we see on social media have these perfect lives and as human beings, we long for what we don't have. This is an app that allows you to be true to yourself! It allows you to not be judged and be able to better yourself!
This is a wonderful app to track sleep, mood, goals, and more! You can even add pictures to your day which is awesome! I’d recommend it if you’re into tracking things.
I like this app a lot and how it works. The has helped me cope with my stress and anger. The app could be better if after you put in your mood for the day it gives you a positive message or something. Also if for the goal, it could be better if you hade it were you set a date to complete your goal and how you can get there. Other wise the is a great app.😁
