This is a great app in many ways. I see the merit in it’s structure. I enjoy using it. I have used paper in a quite similar manner and thought it was delightful; however, the adversity portion does not save, the whole app crashes. If this was an intent, ha, but if not, then it is perverse! At a moment of frustration or difficulty to have your well being app malfunction! Sometimes the absurd is helpful, I could almost be okay with it but it is helpful to go back and look at a journal entry or app entry, in this case, and say oh my i was obviously venting or look how that turned out or what not. Then when I went to review from the apps link it takes you to iTunes instead of the App Store...got you again :( come on, vet the well being app, you can do it, yes you can
Great app to download for daily goals
I just tried this app for my first time and it has helped in so many wonderful ways, it’s a real uplifter!
This app is perfection!!! It offers three easy to use assessment tools to help you be mindful of how you're functioning each day. It's so easy to be insanely busy and then collapse at the end of each day--and to know that the pace is taking a toll on you but also not knowing how to stop. I think the brilliance of this app is that it's not a ginormous commitment. You're not committing to find an hour every week for a therapist. You're just taking a couple minutes every day to assess how you're doing. I'm dealing with a frustrating chronic illness and it would be easy to devolve into negative thinking but this app is a wonderful tool to help me be mindful of my thought patterns. I love it!!!
