This is the second generation of this app, and it’s much improved. I believe this is the most important app. I have! Ones quality of life as they age is determined by the quality of their posture. As a nurse, I’ve seen a direct correlation between a persons posture and their health for sure. As a tall person with a long torso and a long neck, I have a challenge. When a young person has poor posture, it causes them to look insecure, and as if they’re lacking confidence. I have empathy for them, because I’m also 5 foot 10 and I know that psychological wounds can also cause a forward rounded posture. It’s called closed posture. It is a proven fact psychologically. This app is amazing and every exercise is well explained. They are simple and I believe anyone can do most of them. They seem easy-but I sometimes do get sore. As PG Mike says, let pain be your guide. Slow and steady wins the race. Thank you so much for this amazing app. It’s very easy to use.

I’ve struggled with poor posture my entire life and have seen so much improvement using Posture Guy Mike’s easy-to-navigate app and phased program. All of his exercises are gentle and doable, while focusing on the bigger picture of what other body parts effect posture. Rather than forcing shoulders back, he trains them to do it naturally. The app is comprehensive, full of helpful info, and easy to navigate. It is a great compliment to the daily exercises. I’m still in the middle of the program, but look forward to the workouts as a great way to start my day right!

After participating in the Posture Guy Mike program for a little over two months, I’ve seen improvement in my posture, breathing and reduced pain/stiffness. The program provides many options that fits my needs including challenges to motivate. Throughout each program, Posture Guy Mike provides gentle verbal guidance, thorough descriptions and great demonstration videos. Having this knowledge at a young age would help change/prevent the problems of poor habits and aging. I believe almost everyone could benefit.

I started using these videos and exercises in this app a few months ago. My shoulders and neck no longer hurt all the time like they used to. The videos are categorized easily to target the areas your looking to correct. Although enough time hasn’t gone by to see my neck jump improve, I am feeling like my posture is improving. Also if you have questions about how to do an activity, they always respond quickly.
