What Makes PowHerFit Different?
Full body strength training workouts means more calories burned in less work time and more lean muscle mass growth activated! Your blood will be rushing across your body, plus you’ll be able to target certain muscle groups multiple times a week. All programs come with 3-5 days of workouts, 1 active recovery day & one true rest day in a week. Work time varies from 27-60 minutes.

We focus on the 3 primary training phases of the Performance Training Cycle that professional trainers and coaches utilize to produce radical transformations in less than half the time of the average person! The first weeks of any of our programs focus on exposing your weakest areas, bringing your body into balance, and preparing your joints for the upcoming weeks. In the final weeks of any given training program, we will strategically introduce you to more advanced resistance training exercises that utilize the natural functions of your musculoskeletal anatomy to target more muscle tissue, appropriately stimulate them to grow firmer, leaner, and stronger.

We include a progression and regression (how to make the training movement easier or harder) for every single exercise as well as instructional guides and voice-over coaching commands. Every measure to make this program customizable to your fitness level and desired results has been implemented! Everything can be tailored to your own personal goals!

Sustainable lifestyle that WORKS

I joined Powherfit about a year ago, I had literally tried EVERYTHING and couldn’t keep my results. It was a constant yo-yo of losing weight, feeling good, gaining weight back, feeling bad. It was exhausting and depressing to be honest. With Powherfit, I really had to forget everything I’d been taught about food and what is and isn’t healthy and actually just TRUST what Randa and the team have created. I’ve just completed my third program and lost a total of 12.5 inches in just 12 weeks and I wasn’t even 100% with my food. Which brings me to the next point, Powherfit teaches you to EAT and go eat real, good, food. Want pizza? Then eat the pizza and use it to fuel your workouts. I cannot say enough good things about PHF and I’m so excited to have *finally* found something that works and yields actual long term, sustainable results while allowing me to live my life!!!!

The BEST

I had been using the web based program for a few years, and the upgrade to the app has been a game changer! I love the convenience of the app, everything is all in one place and it’s completely laid out for you step by step. Having the workouts planned for me is so helpful, and being able to see the videos of Randa right there in my workout plan is such a helpful tool - no more stress about trying new things in the gym and worrying I’m doing it all wrong! 🤪 I also love the new and improved timer that I can use AND that it along with the exercise voiceovers don’t interfere with my music playing! The nutrition aspect and community are just another way this program has leveled up with the app. I’m so excited for this launch and to see all of the new things coming and in store!

Worth it

Was a little skeptical spending the money on myself for a online workout program and app but it's worth it. I've worked out with a personal trainer on & off for several years and the app has shown me how repetitive my trainer was with workouts. There is a timer that counts down and dings for you so you don't have to stare at your watch while working out. There's also a video above your timer showing you exactly how to do the moves. I am very surprised how easy it's been to incorporate into my day and I can tell I'm getting stronger. I do the home workouts with my toddler but it's easy to switch over to the gym option if I get to go to the gym. I use to hate home workouts but evidently I wasn't doing the right ones!
