What's New Built-in Tuner! Practice Pet now includes a chromatic tuner so you can check your pitch without leaving the app. Open it any time during a practice session from the session controls. It works with all instruments and shows your note, octave, and how many cents sharp or flat you are. Smarter Microphone Detection! We overhauled how the app listens to you practice. Detection is now significantly more reliable at normal music stand distance, handles quieter instruments better, and accounts for your specific instrument when deciding what counts as playing. If you've already run a calibration, we recommend doing a fresh one to take advantage of the improvements. Flexible Practice Timer! You can now choose how your practice timer runs. Count Down works the same as before — set a goal and watch it reach zero. Count Up lets you practice open-ended and see how long you go. Both modes are available in the practice setup screen. Achievements! Practice Pet now tracks your progress with a full achievements system. Earn badges for milestones like your first practice session, weekly streaks, leveling up, helping friends, and more.
