Description
The PrePass app gives drivers the option to bypass weigh stations using a mobile device. PrePass is the most reliable, widely utilized weigh station bypass system in North America. With PrePass, pre-cleared vehicles can continue at highway speeds without having to stop. PrePass not only saves fleets time, fuel, and money, but it helps create greater efficiencies for shippers and supports improved safety for all highway users.
With PrePass, customers select whether to use the PrePass app, the transponder or BOTH. The PrePass app provides coverage to an expanded number of weigh station sites while the transponder provides greater bypass reliability and integration with NORPASS and Oregon Green Light weigh station locations. The transponder also provides the option of adding toll payment services through PrePass Plus.
PrePass is an endorsed featured product of the American Trucking Associations ATA) and is also endorsed by the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA), Truckers Service Association (TSA), National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) and state trucking associations across the country.

What’s New
Version 3.3.1
We update the PrePass app every month to bring you new features and more stability. This release we focused on bringing you a more stable application. Here are some of the things we fixed and improved:
- An issue with filter criteria not clearing after selecting a vehicle
- An issue with "Email Not Found" text appearing in the email field on profile page even though user email exists
- Other minor bugs and performance issues

Great app, but…
This is a great app, but it just keeps launching on its own. I keep closing it, yet it’ll just open itself up randomly. It works really well. Sometimes it notifies of POIs a little late though.
worthless app
you make millions from people and still can’t invest in an app that shows charges in real time or even the ability to pay bills in the app. Your statements are difficult to read and one really needs some time on their hands to understand the charges.
You already know there’s a lot of fraud involved in this business so if you just made an app that shows the charges like any normal company does, we’d be able to tell the real charges apart from fraud. Sending real time notifications for those charges would help people know if their device was used illegally - just like bank or CC charge alerts. It’s not that difficult.
I see why there are so many people that remove or change their license plates when going through tolls. You don’t have a problem taking our hard earned money but you don’t invest in building an app that’s user friendly. Even your mobile site is so bad that I have to get on a computer to pay my bill or look at statements.
Nothing about your company or services is outstanding; you ought to be ashamed of your business model.

All it tells me is to follow the decision on my transponder. Which we all do anyways. It’s a pretty useless app the way it is right now and I don’t recommend to even bother calling pre pass to sign up for it.
