Rehearse the hard conversations before you have them for real. AI-powered roleplay built for charge nurses and nurse managers. PrepRounds is a private practice space for the conversations charge nurses and nurse managers dread most — giving a colleague hard feedback, saying no to unsafe overtime, de-escalating conflict mid-shift, or setting a boundary with a physician who keeps bypassing your decisions. Pick a real scenario. Practice against an AI persona that responds the way a real colleague would — with resistance, defensiveness, or pushback, not just agreement. When the conversation ends, get specific, evidence-based feedback: what you said that worked, quoted directly from your own words, and one concrete thing to try differently next time. PrepRounds is built on established nursing leadership and communication frameworks — including AACN's communication competency standards, AONL's Nurse Leader Core Competencies, and AHRQ's TeamSTEPPS communication tools (DESC and CUS). It is not a certification and does not replace your organization's policy, your own clinical judgment, or mentorship from someone who knows your unit. It's a private space to rehearse the human side of a hard conversation before you have it for real. FEATURES - Realistic AI roleplay personas that push back like real colleagues - Evidence-based feedback grounded in your actual conversation - Scenarios covering feedback, boundaries, conflict, and overtime pressure - Personalized to your role — Charge Nurse, Aspiring Charge Nurse, or Nurse Manager - Practice history and confidence tracking over time - Daily practice reminders, on your schedule Free to start, with 3 total practice sessions. PrepRounds Pro unlocks unlimited practice, all scenarios, and full detailed feedback for $4.99/month.
