preschool2me for Teachers 4+

Started using this app when it first came out and can’t get enough of it! Makes life so much easier and it’s so easy to use. The parents love this app as well!

The preschool2me APP has brought a new level of efficiency and ease to our communication system. As the director, I am happy to hear how much our parents love the APP! They are thrilled to receive frequent photos of their children learning and love how they can easily send the daily reports and pictures to grandparents and friends. Personally, I appreciate the ease of use of the APP; it allows me to check lesson plans and communicate any changes or suggestions to the teachers without having to save documents, attach them in an email and wait for them to be emailed back to me. With the APP, I simply write suggestions directly in the boxes, the teachers can view them, make changes, and then I can go back in and recheck the plans. It has streamlined my process and saves me a significant amount of time each week. I know that the teachers also appreciate how much time it saves them and how easy it is to use. I also like the attendance management feature on the APP; it allows me to view the number of children in each classroom on a constant basis without having to walk the hallways or pick up the phone and interrupt the learning. I would recommend the preschool2me APP to any preschool that is looking to improve their communication system.

I can’t say enough good things about this app. Easy to use, not cluttered like others and parents like the design. Teachers find it easy to use and not time consuming. The developers are great and always searching for ways to improve. As a childcare provider, my employees find it very easy to enter information. The application is simple, precise and organized. It offers a lot of information and cuts out all of the clutter. i would recommend this app to everyone. You never have to worry about paperwork being lost and it fits perfectly with being a digital operation.
